Local branch officer responsibilities include casework, which is one of the main ways in which our branch officers and reps support branch members.

If you have a concern or an issue that you are facing at QUB, please complete our casework form downloadable here, then send it with your query to our local casework team: ucucasework@qub.ac.uk

 

A caseworker will be assigned to help you if necessary. We will maintain confidentiality, and will help you find the best way to address your concern.
